iPad controlled Blimp invades NYC

The folks at BreakfastNY built a cool little blimp that is controlled via iPad with live video streamed over Wifi.   We're hoping these go consumer commercial by Christmas.

Apple patents Facebook integration into iPhoneOS

Recent reports have said that Apple plans to build Facebook social networking into its iPhoneOS.  Today, Patently Apple shows that Apple has been busy patenting social networking workflows and simplifying exchanges including Facebook integration.

The news comes as devices like Microsoft's Kin try to woo Tweens with their social-only phones.

Microsoft to announce ‘Kin’ Phones (formerly Pink) today

New Gestures coming to an iPhone/iPad near you: triple tap and long press

On the surface, the latest iPhone 3.2 Beta 4 SDK didn't have much new information.  Diving a little deeper however, we find some very exciting news.
